Pune, Sep 30: TVH India, the Indian arm of TVH Parts, organised a blood donation drive as part of its community engagement initiatives, providing employees with an opportunity to contribute to an important healthcare need. The initiative brought together employees who voluntarily participated in the drive, reflecting the company's efforts to create opportunities for employees to engage with community-focused causes.

The drive was conducted at TVH India’s Pune office, where 58 employees donated a total of 58 units of blood. Organised in association with Sahyadri Speciality Hospital, the initiative was supported by the hospital’s team, which facilitated the blood collection process. The initiative also saw active participation from the leadership team.
Commenting on the initiative, Mr Vishal Rajani, Managing Director, TVH India, said,
“Initiatives such as this are valuable because they turn our workplace into a platform for people to contribute beyond their professional roles. When employees choose to give their time and effort to a cause that can directly support someone in need, it reflects a strong sense of empathy and collective responsibility. Our role is to create an environment where we encourage and enable such participation. We are pleased to see our employees come forward in such strong numbers.”
The initiative also provided an opportunity to raise awareness among employees about the importance of blood donation and the role of individual participation in maintaining adequate blood supplies. By facilitating the drive at the workplace, TVH India made it easier for employees to participate in a recognised donation process while contributing their time towards a cause with wider social relevance.
