Oct 09: ITC Hotels launches Navam Utsav, a Wholesome Delight for Festivities, a thoughtfully curated culinary offering that brings the spirit of Navratri to the table through authentic festive traditions, sattvik goodness and the craft of its culinary experts.

Deeply rooted in India’s cultural heritage, Navratri brings together rituals, traditions and cherished preparations that have been passed down through generations. Reflecting this cultural richness, Navam Utsav brings together familiar festive favourites crafted with care and culinary finesse, offering a wholesome expression of the occasion while retaining the warmth and sense of welcome synonymous with ITC Hotels.
The Navam Utsav menu celebrates the simplicity and richness of festive Indian cuisine through a selection of sattvik preparations made without onion and garlic and with Sendha Namak. From Sabudana Khichdi and Sabudana Vada to Kuttu Paneer Pakoda, Rajgira Poori, Kuttu Paratha, Paneer Curry and Khatta Meetha Kaddu, each preparation draws from familiar festive traditions and is thoughtfully crafted by the culinary teams at ITC Hotels.
Sharing his thoughts on the curation, Vijay Malhotra, Area Executive Chef - East, ITC Hotels, said,
“Navratri is a time when cherished traditions are celebrated through ingredients that have been part of festive kitchens for generations. With Navam Utsav, we have thoughtfully brought together preparations made with sabudana, kuttu, rajgira and other traditional ingredients, each crafted with authenticity and care. From the crisp textures of Sabudana Vada and Kuttu Paneer Pakoda to the wholesome flavours of the Navratri Special Thali and classic festive sweets, the menu reflects the richness of these time-honoured culinary traditions while showcasing the expertise and craftsmanship of ITC Hotels.”
The experience is complemented by the Navratri Special Thali, bringing together an assortment of festive preparations in a wholesome meal, alongside traditional sweet indulgences such as Sabudana Kheer and Khopra Pak.
More than a festive menu, Navam Utsav reflects ITC Hotels’ belief in creating experiences that are rooted in the culture and traditions of India. The curation brings together authentic festive traditions, sattvik goodness and chef-led craft, allowing guests to celebrate the occasion through preparations that are familiar in spirit, yet thoughtfully interpreted through the culinary expertise of ITC Hotels.
The offering also embodies the Group’s larger ethos of creating authentic, indigenous experiences that draw from India’s rich cultural and culinary heritage. In keeping with this spirit, Navam Utsav invites guests to pause, come together and celebrate what makes the festival meaningful, the traditions we cherish, the flavours we look forward to and the warmth of being together.
Navam Utsav will be available from 10th to 19th October 2026 across all ITC Luxury Collection Hotels through the Club ITC App, Swiggy and Zomato.
