India, 5th November, 2025: Aimtron Electronics delivered robust performance in H1 FY26, reporting exponential year-on-year growth across revenue, EBITDA, and PAT, backed by strong export momentum, new defence and UAV orders, and increased adoption of high-value ODM programs in IoT and industrial segments.
The company’s closing order book stood at INR 4,638.5 million, nearly three times its FY25 revenue, reflecting a well-diversified mix across sectors. Key contracts included a ₹975.5 million ODM deal with a leading U.S. infrastructure firm and a domestic AI/IIoT box-build order for 50,000 units valued at ₹460 million.
In August 2025, Aimtron successfully raised INR 945.7 million through convertible warrants to fund its 3-acre greenfield expansion project under Aimtron Mechatronics Pvt. Ltd., which will feature six SMT lines and a dedicated ODM R&D zone.
The company also earned the prestigious AS9100D certification in October 2025, opening doors to global aerospace and defence markets, and secured a major order from a Navratna PSU in electronic communications.
Commenting on the results, Mr. Mukesh Jeram Vasani, Chairman & Managing Director, said:
“FY26 marks an inflection point for Aimtron. Despite global headwinds, we achieved record growth while reinforcing our position as a trusted design and manufacturing partner. With expanded capacity, new certifications, and a growing ODM base, Aimtron is well-positioned for its next phase of sustainable, innovation-led growth.”
